Russell Lephew

Russell Lephew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. From 1997 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Art Director at WBNX-TV, where they were responsible for print media and web campaigns. Russell then joined The Refinery as a UX/UI Designer from 2013 to 2020, creating prototypes for clients in different industries. In 2020, they joined Tradefull as a Lead Creative, where they worked on branding, SOP documentation, and UX/UI changes. Currently, they are working at The Refinery as a Project Manager/Senior Designer, overseeing project scope and delivering quality design assets. Additionally, from 2008 to 2021, Russell owned IBG Design Group, where they built custom websites and designed identity systems for small businesses.

Russell Lephew began their education at Medina Senior High School in 1993 and completed their studies there in 1997. During their time at Medina Senior High School, they did not pursue any specific field of study. Following their high school education, Russell attended the Medina County Career Center from 1995 to 1997. During this period, they focused on Commercial and Advertising Art, although they did not obtain a degree in this field.
