Jeanine Ballantine

Jeanine Ballantine has worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at two different companies. From 2007 to 2014, they served as CFO at NDA Behavioral Health, where they led a team of four and managed various departments. Jeanine developed strategic plans, prepared financial statements, and led the annual budget planning process. Prior to that, they worked as CFO at The Refuge, A Healing Place, starting in 2014. In this role, they managed 15 reports supporting multiple departments and was responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

Jeanine Ballantine has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Jeanine also holds a Master's degree in Finance from Walsh College.
