The Refuge Center for Counseling
Miriam Andersen, MA, MT-BC, currently serves as a Master's Level Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Music Therapist at The Refuge Center for Counseling since April 2022 and has also been providing music therapy through their own practice, Music Therapy with Miriam, since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Miriam gained experience as a Music Therapist at JourneyPure from July 2019 to June 2022. Educationally, Miriam Andersen holds a Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, attained in August 2023, and a Bachelor's of Music in Music Therapy from Belmont University, completed in December 2019.
