Katie Davies

Katie Davies has extensive experience in development and project management within the housing industry. Katie is currently the Head of Development at The Regenda Group since September 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Plus Dane Housing from March 2019 to September 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Development Manager at Plus Dane Housing from March 2018 to March 2019. Before their time at Plus Dane Housing, they were a Project Manager at Adactus Housing Group Ltd from January 2015 to March 2018. Katie's career in development started at Plus Dane Housing in August 2007, where they worked as a Development Officer. In this role, they were responsible for project management, working with clients, developing supported housing projects, and seeking new business opportunities. Katie held this position until January 2015.

Katie Davies obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Politics from the University of Liverpool from the years 2003 to 2006.
