Dawn Newton, MS-ODKM has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Administrative Support roles. Starting in 2020, they have been the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager at The Rehancement Group, Inc. where they lead and manages tactical and strategic activities for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition operations. From 2000-2004, they were a Product Manager at VERISIGN, managing and marketing eleven premier accounts and two product channels generating more than $4M of revenue annually. From 1999-2000, they were the Executive Assistant to the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Haskel International, providing comprehensive support and coordinating and implementing all facets of Partner (Co-Brand) and Affiliate Marketing campaigns. Finally, from 1995-1999, they were an Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner of Finance and Operations at the City of Chicago Department of Fleet Management, providing comprehensive administrative support, conducting analysis and research related to departmental programs and operating functions, and training and supervising four Administrative Assistants.

Dawn Newton, MS-ODKM holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government, and a BS in Public Relations and Advertising from Bradley University. Dawn also holds a Kenexa Brassring Workbench Certification from IBM, which they obtained in February 2015.
