Alex Krump-Johnson

Alex Krump-Johnson is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in curriculum development, project management, and teaching. Currently serving as Director of Growth at The Reimagined Classroom since March 2020, Alex has also held roles as Project Manager and Curriculum Consultant. As the Founder of literacytutor.org, Alex specializes in ELA education and writing skills for middle and high school students through online tutoring and classes. Additional teaching experience includes conducting virtual classes on Outschool and serving as an English Language Arts Teacher at STAR Education, where Alex developed comprehensive curricula for various educational programs. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Alex has contributed significantly to K-12 literacy learning in different roles, developing innovative lesson plans, training educators, and supporting student success. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota Morris, with a focus on English Language and Literature, Theatre Arts, and Performance Arts Education.
