Riccardo Musella

Riccardo Musella has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2006 as a Project Engineer and later becoming a Project Manager at Spig Spa. In 2011, they joined The Reinforced Earth Company Australia as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for achieving sales targets and developing market strategies. Riccardo then progressed to become the WA Regional Manager, overseeing the precast factory and leading project management. In 2017, Riccardo was promoted to General Manager before ultimately assuming the role of Managing Director Australia and New Zealand in 2018. Additionally, since 2019, they have served as a Director for the National Precast Concrete Association Australia.

Riccardo Musella has a diverse education history. Riccardo obtained a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano from 1999 to 2005. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master's Degree in Technology Management and Innovation from UNSW. In 2020, they completed an AICD Graduate program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Additionally, they hold certifications such as the National Engineering Register from Engineers Australia and the Six Sigma Green Belt from SAI Global.
