Carol Benitez

Carol Benitez is an accomplished sales and management professional with extensive experience in the SaaS industry and call center operations. Currently serving as a Sales Account Manager at The Reiter Group LLC since January 2021, Carol focuses on increasing revenue by identifying suitable prospects and securing sales-qualified meetings. Previous roles include Contact Center Manager at Organización Publicitaria, S. A., where responsibilities encompassed directing commercial operations and promoting advertising products, and Call Center Manager at the same organization, overseeing call center administration. From April 2012 to January 2017, Carol was the Training and Development Director Assistant at Myron, managing the New Customer Acquisition Program for the US market in Honduras.
