Shashank Moddhia is the founder of The Renal Project, a kidney health device company. Shashank has over 6 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. Prior to their current role, Shashank was a Quality Assurance Manager at Philips Healthcare and Baxter. At Philips, they were responsible for providing quality assurance expertise to service center teams in day-to-day operations. At Baxter, they managed compliance of Technical Service Centers across the Asia-Pacific region with the Baxter global SOPs and FDA regulations for kidney health devices portfolio. Shashank also led QMS implementation based on country-wise challenges and size of operations. Shashank is a Certified Internal Auditor and has a strong background in process improvement and harmonization projects across all Asia-Pacific service centers.

Shashank Moddhia has a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a B.E in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Shashank also has certification from Xavier's Institute of Communication in Voice Over - ABCDE- Announcing, Broadcasting, Compering, Dubbing, Ebook reading and from ASQ - World Headquarters in ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
