Jaimie Corradini

Jaimie Corradini is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Republic of Tea since May 2024, Jaimie previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc., where key contributions included enhancing corporate culture and streamlining talent acquisition processes. Prior experience includes over a decade as Division Director of Human Resources at Life Care Centers of America, managing HR functions for approximately 5,000 employees in multiple states, and an earlier role as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Challenge Unlimited, Inc., overseeing HR operations for around 600 employees. Jaimie's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Master’s in Business Administration, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Work, and Criminal Justice from McKendree University.
