Melissa Meador

Melissa Meador has over 15 years of experience in operations and procurement within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Minister of Progression at The Republic of Tea since November 2013, Melissa has held various leadership roles, including Minister of Provisions and Minister of Synergy. Prior experience includes an Area Sales Leader position at Nestlé S.A. and Zone Vice President at Hillshire Brands, where responsibilities encompassed managing sales and operations with full P&L accountability. Earlier career roles include Operations Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Operations Management Specialist at United Parcel Service. Melissa Meador holds an M.B.A. from McKendree University and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
