Blair Southworth

Blair Southworth is a professional with diverse experience in leadership, education, and environmental studies. Currently serving as a Ranger at the Research Corporation of the University of Hawai'i since 2022, Southworth previously held the role of Fulbright Scholar at the U.S. Department of State from 2014 to 2015 and was a Lead Fellow at the Office of Career Enhancing Life Skills from 2011 to 2014. Responsibilities included managing a team of fellows, organizing career workshops, and providing individualized career counseling. Southworth also has international experience as the English Program Manager at Cambodian Threads, where oversight of volunteer recruitment and curriculum development for English teaching programs was undertaken. With a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Connecticut College, Southworth's academic background further supports a commitment to environmental ethics and sustainability.
