Jenna Carr has a diverse background in social work and research, with experience spanning several roles in various organizations. Currently, as a Research Assistant at The Research Foundation for SUNY since October 2015, Jenna supports the UB Interlock Study, focusing on evaluating the effectiveness of ignition interlock devices in addressing drinking and driving behavior. Prior to this role, Jenna served as a Focus Group Facilitator at the Institute on Trauma and Trauma-Informed Care, where emphasis was placed on implementing trauma-informed care principles. Additional experience includes a Clinical Social Work Intern position at the Neighborhood Health Center, where Jenna managed a personal caseload and provided clinical assessments, and previous internships at The Summit Center and Student Advising Services. Jenna Carr holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences Interdisciplinary.
