Kate Edwards has a diverse work experience with various roles at different companies. Kate started their career at Old Navy as a Merchandising Associate/Specialist, where they were responsible for executing shipment processes and ensuring adherence to company standards. Kate was then promoted to the role of Service and Training Manager, where they supported store leadership in executing business strategies and maintaining customer service.

Kate later joined Citizens Bank as a Banker I, actively marketing bank products and cross-selling to enhance customer relationships. Kate was then promoted to Trainer II, where they conducted training sessions.

Afterwards, they worked at The Research Foundation for SUNY ESF as a Program Coordinator, overseeing a collaborative initiative in sustainable materials and manufacturing.

In 2014, Kate joined The Research Foundation for SUNY, starting as a Sponsored Programs Assistant and later taking on the role of Sponsored Programs Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Research Finance.

Kate Edwards attended the State University of New York at Oswego, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from the same university, completing it from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, they furthered their education at the State University of New York at Oswego by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from 2017 to 2020.
