Rhonda L. Howard

Rhonda L. Howard, PHR, SHRM-CP, with extensive experience in human resources management, has held various leadership positions in companies such as The Resource Center, Truck-Lite Co., LLC, Cummins Inc., and Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics. In addition to their work in HR, Rhonda L. has also served as a Continuing Education Instructor at Jamestown Community College. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration: Human Resources from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
