Lucas Baldwin

Lucas Baldwin is an experienced individual in leadership and mentoring roles, currently serving as a Legacy Fellowship Intern at Sky Ranch since May 2023, with responsibilities beginning in August 2023. Previously, Lucas worked as a Family Camp Counselor at Ozarks Teen Challenge and as Direct Care Staff, ensuring high standards in student supervision and support. Other notable positions include Leadership Development Track worker and Student Director in the Christian Ministries Department at College of the Ozarks. Lucas also has experience in various roles, such as Factory Worker at Justin Brands, Inc., Blind and Shutter Installer at Blinds and More Inc., and Summer Program Staff at Big Sandy Camp. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with a minor in Psychology from the College of the Ozarks and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Bakersfield College.
