Clay Pickering is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investments and Capital Markets at The Retail Connection since 2015, Clay has a strong background in retail acquisitions and development. Prior to this, Clay held the position of Vice President of Originations at Bank of the Ozarks, focusing on the Real Estate Specialties Group and structured finance from 2011 to 2015. Clay's career began at C.L. McDade & Company as a Senior Valuation Associate, where expertise in commercial real estate valuation was developed from 2007 to 2011. Clay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business in 2006.
