Currently serving as the Director of Property Management for The Retail Connection in San Antonio since June 2021, JoAnn has held similar leadership roles at Birnbaum Property Company from 2016 to 2021, MSL Real Estate Services from 2007 to 2015, and Birnbaum Property Company again from 2003 to 2007. JoAnn's career began at Cencor Realty Services, where JoAnn worked as Director of Property Management from 1994 to 2004, demonstrating a consistent track record of expertise in property management throughout various reputable companies.
