Peter Russell is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, site selection, and lease negotiations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at The Retail Connection since April 2023, Peter oversees a vast property portfolio and investment services platforms. Previously, Peter held the position of Director of Real Estate Development at Michaels Stores, where responsibilities included real estate strategy and financial projection implementation. Charles spent over two decades at Bed Bath & Beyond, initially as Managing Director of Real Estate and then as Vice President of Real Estate, navigating challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Peter's career also includes significant roles at Gap and Petrie Stores, where expertise in geographic and market analysis, lease administration, and project management was developed. Peter graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Science from Saint Peter's University.
