Erik Schulte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand solutions and retail operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Brand Solutions at T-ROC since August 2019, Erik has successfully led TROC’s Brand Solutions Programs, overseeing dedicated teams and seasonal projects, while managing a diverse portfolio of brands across major retailers. In addition to this, Erik is the Division Leader at The Consumer Insight, a subsidiary of TROC, where overall operations are directed. Previously, Erik held key positions such as Senior Director of Adaptable Solutions and Flex ROC at T-ROC, as well as leadership roles at Schulte Consulting Services, Creative Channel Services, Sambazon, Advantage Sales & Marketing, Premium Retail Services, and Field Marketing Inc. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Marketing Minor from Loyola University Chicago and completed training at Omnicom University.
