Lazaro Acosta

Lazaro Acosta has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on compliance. Lazaro is currently the Director of HR Compliance at T-ROC - The Revenue Optimization Companies since November 2023. Prior to this, Lazaro served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Dollar Tree Stores from December 2020 to November 2023. Lazaro also worked as a Market HR Manager at Walmart from November 2018 to December 2020. Lazaro's previous roles include positions at HR Compliance Group, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Burger King Corporation, ADP TotalSource, WH Smith USA, and Best Buy, where they gained valuable experience in various HR management positions.

Lazaro Acosta obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and History from Barry University from 1986 to 1991. Lazaro later pursued a Human Resources Certification from the University of Miami from 1999 to 2001.
