Marcelo Geraldini is an accomplished Executive Chef currently leading culinary operations at The Reverie Saigon since May 2022. With extensive experience in prestigious establishments, Marcelo served as Executive Chef - Task Force at Hanoi Daewoo Hotel from September 2020 to June 2022 and as Executive Sous Chef at The Reverie Saigon from July 2018 to September 2020. Additional roles include Chef de Cuisine at Amigo Grill, Chef de Cuisine at Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo, and Chef de Cuisine at GRUPO TOM BRASIL.
