Tom Kelley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tom is currently the CEO and Partner of The Revival House, a Creative Agency specializing in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and youth culture. Tom is responsible for driving the P&L and managing the partnership.

Tom also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the University of Oregon Warsaw Center for Sports Marketing since 2016, providing guidance and support to MBA and undergraduate students.

In 2020, Tom co-founded OFFENSE, a creative, marketing, strategy, and design consultancy that focuses on consumer-centric approaches.

Prior to that, Tom had a long career at Nike, where they held various senior marketing roles. Tom led the North America marketing efforts for the Jordan Brand, growing the team and budget substantially. Tom also served as the Global Marketing Lead for Sustainable Business & Innovation, focusing on integrating sustainability efforts across all Nike categories and geographies. Additionally, they were the Global Marketing Lead for Women's Training and the North America Brand Innovation Lead.

Before their time at Nike, Tom was the Chief Marketing Officer of Photoworks, where they transformed the company into an online digital photography service. Tom also worked at RealNetworks, repositioning the company as a consumer-focused streaming leader and launching the popular music streaming service Rhapsody.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Odiorne Wilde Narraway & Partners, where they played a pivotal role in transforming the agency into a premier youth culture expert. Tom also worked at Wieden & Kennedy, a top creative agency, where they led U.S. accounts and was a founding member of W&K Tokyo.

Tom Kelley attended Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Tom then pursued a certificate program in Digital Marketing Strategies in the Digital Economy from The Wharton School. Additionally, they completed the Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies at the University of Southern California. Tom Kelley's education also includes Loyola High School of Los Angeles. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained "The Power of Team Culture" certification from Wharton Online (Coursera) in 2018.
