Manuela Jarmark

Manuela Jarmark is a senior accountant at The Richman Group since October 2010, specializing in financial statement preparation, LIHTC, cost certifications, tax return preparation, corporate accounting, cash flow projections, audit packages, and year-end planning within affordable and market rate housing. Prior to this role, Manuela held staff accountant positions at Cappelli Enterprises from March 2007 to October 2010 and WCI Communities from July 2004 to September 2006. Additionally, Manuela served as a payroll manager at Plaza Construction from 1997 to 2001.
