Susan Stukas

Susan Stukas is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as an Estimator at The Richmond Group since October 2015. In this role, Susan provides conceptual estimating and preconstruction services for life science facilities, drawing on over six years of field experience to manage project timelines and design iterations. Previous positions include Project Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, where responsibilities included overseeing construction activities and coordinating commissioning efforts for cGMP facilities. Prior to joining The Richmond Group, Susan worked as a Project Engineer at MAS Building & Bridge, Inc., contributing to the analysis and planning of MassDOT bridge projects. Earlier internship experiences with Skanska USA and Shawmut Design and Construction further developed Susan's project management skills. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
