Ben Wood has over 15 years of experience in business development and management within the manufacturing and sales sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at The Right Place since June 2015, Ben focuses on providing tailored support for small and medium-sized manufacturers in West Michigan, delivering solutions in quality improvement and strategic growth. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager and Sales at Aquest Machining, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations and developing a leadership team, and as General Manager/Sales Manager at Fastenal, managing staff, sales growth, and compliance with safety regulations. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University, obtained in 2003.
