Kati Ulrich, CMCA, AMS, is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. since December 2012, where roles have included Senior Manager of Residences, as well as various management and supervisory positions in guest services and operations. Achievements include overseeing operations that led to the Ritz-Carlton maintaining Forbes Five Star awards in 2020 and 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Comfort Suites UCF/Research Park and the University of Central Florida, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
