Alexa Nelson

Alexa Nelson currently serves as the Restaurant and Bar Manager at EvrBar and Whisper Creek Farm: The Kitchen within The Ritz-Carlton Orlando & JW Marriott Orlando, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure as General Manager of Cabana Bar and Beach Club at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin from October 2020 to March 2024, overseeing a significant poolside dining operation with impressive financial performance. Additional roles at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin included Assistant General Manager positions at Shula’s Steakhouse and Il Mulino New York Trattoria, both recognized for their upscale dining experiences and award-winning wine programs. Earlier roles at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, Renaissance Hotels, and Hilton provide a solid background in various levels of restaurant management. Alexa Nelson is an alumnus of the University of Georgia, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
