Jared Makheja

Jared Makheja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, social impact, and business development. Currently serving as an Asset Associate at The RJM Companies since March 2020, Jared aids the legal and accounting departments, supports real estate transactions, leads asset acquisitions, and enhances corporate responsibility initiatives. As the Founder and Co-CEO of The Elevator Project, Jared focuses on combating poverty through apprenticeship programs and vocational training. Additionally, Jared held positions such as Founding Vice President at the Cornell Real Estate Development and Investment Trust and Business Development Intern at the Boston Consulting Group. With a solid educational foundation in law from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate from Cornell University, Jared is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
