Sonia Sharma Makheja

Sonia Sharma Makheja has a strong background in real estate and corporate management. Sonia served as the President of The RJM Companies since 2010, where they led the company to achieve record growth. Under their leadership, they successfully managed and developed mixed-use portfolios in Northern Virginia, encompassing millions of square feet of retail, industrial, corporate, and hospitality space. Prior to their role at RJM, Sonia worked as the Property Director at APR Investment from 2008 to 2010. Sonia also gained experience as an Assistant to the General Counsel at the Law Offices of Northern Virginia from 2005 to 2008, and as a Leasing Executive at AOR L.P. from 2000 to 2005.

Sonia Sharma Makheja has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of New Castle. Sonia also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the same university.
