The Leadership Team at The Road Home is responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational oversight of the organization. Composed of the Chief Financial Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Deputy Director, this team ensures effective resource allocation, program implementation, and alignment with the organization's mission to provide essential housing and support services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
