Currently serving as Vice President of HR & Community Relations at The Robinette Company since January 2012, Carolyn has previously held roles as President of Ferrell Management Consultants LLC and Interim VP of HR at ERA Helicopters LLC, where significant contributions included the reorganization of HR staff and the implementation of new policies. Prior experience includes a long tenure as Vice President of Administration at Edwards & Associates, Inc., where Carolyn led operations across multiple disciplines for a multi-million dollar aviation company. Carolyn holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business from King University.
