Anda started their career at Oliver Wyman as a Management Consultant, gaining strong technical and managerial skills while working on strategic and operational projects for top-tier clients. In 2008, they joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management as an Analyst. In 2009, Anda moved to Soros Fund Management, where they worked as a Manager Research Analyst, conducting investment due diligence on external managers across various strategies and sourcing new manager relationships. Currently, they are a Managing Director at The Rock Creek Group.
Anda Bordean completed their high school education at Colegiul National Horea, Closca si Crisan from 1996 to 2000. During this time, their field of study focused on Mathematics and Physics. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Harvard University from 2002 to 2006, graduating cum laude.
