Maria Kozloski

SVP & Chief, Innovative Finance at The Rockefeller Foundation

Maria Kozloski is the SVP of Innovative Finance at The Rockefeller Foundation. Maria has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry.

Maria started their career at The World Bank in 1993 as a manager. In 2007, they joined J.E. Robert Companies as managing director. Maria stayed there for a year before moving to Lockheed Martin in 2008, where they served as managing director until 2015.

In January 2015, Kozloski joined IFC - International Finance Corporation as global head and chief investment officer of private equity funds. Maria held this position for over five years until they joined The Rockefeller Foundation in 2020.

Maria Kozloski has a Master of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies. Maria also has a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Her undergraduate degree is in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Maria is also a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
