Megan Rowen

Megan Rowen is currently a Summer Associate at The Rockefeller Foundation, having joined in June 2024. Prior to this role, Megan pursued a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development at New York University from September 2023 to May 2025, following a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Villanova University from 2016 to 2020. Megan's professional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Partner and Human Resources Assistant at Amazon from July 2020 to January 2023, and an internship in Human Resources at Baker Tilly US in June 2019, where assistance was provided with campus recruitment and candidate feedback analysis. Additionally, Megan participated in an Advanced Study Summer Program at the University of Galway in 2018 and is a graduate of Kellenberg Memorial High School, class of 2016.
