Emma Askren

Emma Askren serves as the Sports Editor and Sports Reporter for The Rocky Mountain Collegian, focusing on coverage of Colorado State University's Swim and Dive team. Additionally, Emma works as a Lifeguard at the Colorado State University Rec Center since November 2022 and previously held a lifeguard position at The Club at UK's Spindletop Hall from May 2022 to November 2022. As a current student at Colorado State University, Emma is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, having previously completed studies at Tates Creek High School from 2018 to 2022, with an undecided focus in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
