Dr Sarah Cooper

Dr. Sarah Cooper currently holds the position of Director of People Services at Bradford College, where responsibilities include executive leadership for health and safety and serving as the Designated Safeguarding Lead since April 2019. In addition, Dr. Cooper is a Board Trustee for The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust, focusing on governance in growth, safeguarding, and health and safety. Previous experience includes serving as Chief People Officer at CLEAN Linen Services Ltd, contributing to acquisitions, and overseeing HR functions for 1,550 employees. Additional roles encompassed Chief Operating Officer and HR Director at the same company, as well as Head of HR at Premier Foods during a major acquisition. Dr. Cooper's diverse background includes operations and project management roles in organizations such as Mars, Avro International Aerospace, and Rolls-Royce. Dr. Cooper holds an EngD in Engineering from The University of Manchester and has pursued further professional development at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
