Nicola Foster

Nicola joined the Romero MAC HR team in April 2019 to support Cardinal Wiseman School in all aspects of Human Resource Management including recruitment, absence management, and organizational change, working alongside Sarah, Carmen, and Heather.

Nicola has extensive experience in Human Resources in a variety of settings including the NHS, Warwickshire County Council, and Ashlawn School in Rugby.

Nicola attended the University in the Midlands. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and gardening. Nicola is married with two children.
