Ricardo Sanchez has extensive work experience in the field of technology support. Ricardo began their career in 1999 as a Sales Representative at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. From there, they worked as a Military Intelligence professional in the USAF from 2001 to 2004. Ricardo then transitioned to a role as an Airport Security Screener with the TSA from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined St Bruno School as an IT/Tech Support specialist, where they maintained the school network and provided computer repairs and upgrades. Additionally, they installed and maintained a thin-client computing platform. In 2008, they also started working at Best Buy as a Portable Electronics Specialist, a role they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an IT Support Specialist at Column Technologies, handling on-site IT support and equipment configuration. Ricardo then moved to Easter Seals Inc. in 2015, where they worked as an IT Support Specialist, handling technology inquiries and equipment ordering and configuration. In 2017, they joined MajorKey Technologies as a Help Desk Specialist II, where they provided assistance and support. Ricardo also worked as a Contractor at Column Technologies during this time. Most recently, in 2022, they joined The RoomPlace as a Technical Support Engineer.

Ricardo Sanchez attended Moraine Valley Community College from 2009 to 2014, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Network Security and an Associate's Degree in Computer Support Specialist. Ricardo then continued their education at DeVry University from 2011 to 2013, studying Network Communications Management with a focus on IT.
