Jenessa Castillo

Jenessa Castillo has extensive work experience in operations and management. Jenessa started their career as a Stadium Operations Intern at Rose Bowl Stadium in August 2013 and later became a Tours Operations Coordinator before being promoted to Operations Manager in July 2015. Jenessa further progressed to the position of Director of Operations in July 2019 and then Senior Director of Operations in July 2021. Currently, Jenessa holds the role of Chief Operations Officer at Rose Bowl Stadium, starting in January 2023. Prior to their time at Rose Bowl Stadium, they worked as an Operations Intern and Game Day Staff member at Fresno Grizzlies from April 2010 to August 2013.

Jenessa Castillo attended California State University, Fresno from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration.
