Kylie Tapson

Director of Customer Success at The Rounds

Kylie Tapson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kylie began their career at Road Apples Inc., where they served as the Sales and Store Operations Manager from May 2015 to July 2016. Kylie then joined STI Technologies Limited in June 2019 as a Program Manager, a role they held until December 2020. In December 2020, they joined The Rounds as a Customer Success Manager and later progressed to the role of Director of Customer Success in September 2022, where they currently work.

Kylie Tapson completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Development Studies and Environmental Studies at Dalhousie University from 2008 to 2012. Kylie then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from McMaster University between 2017 and 2019.
