Tim Carney

Tim Carney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim currently holds the position of Head of Central Operations at The Rounds, a role they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Market Operations at the same company from July to December 2022. Before joining The Rounds, Tim spent a year as a Co-Captain at Sweet Day, where they navigated a 6,000+ mile circumnavigation around the eastern U.S. and Canadian waterways. Tim also has a significant background in the technology and transportation sectors. Tim worked at Uber for over six years, holding various managerial positions such as General Manager and Head of US&C Uber Eats Support. Before Uber, Tim was a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte and worked as an Operations Coordinator for Romney for President. Tim obtained their bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, where they also worked as a Technical Training Assistant and Web 2.0 Liaison. Tim's earlier experiences include internships at CityVoter, The Robert Weiler Company, Sátis Bistro, and a sales representative role at Weichert Realtors.
