Michael Morscher

Michael Morscher has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and operations management. Michael is currently working at The Routing Company as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Wayfair as a Software Engineer II and Software Engineer. Michael also has experience working as a Lead Engineering Psychology Teaching Assistant and Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Tufts University, where they mentored students and handled course logistics. In addition, Michael co-founded BluCloud, an Industrial IoT startup, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Web Developer. Michael has also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Wayfair and as a Software Development Intern at SS&C Technologies. Overall, their experience spans various industries, including transportation, environmental monitoring, and investment management.

Michael Morscher attended The Bronx High School of Science from 2011 to 2015, where they earned an Honors Regents Diploma with Advanced Designation. After completing high school, from 2015 to 2019, Michael pursued their higher education at Tufts University. At Tufts, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Computer Science and Engineering Psychology, and a minor in Engineering Management.
