Gillian Dunn has an extensive work history, starting in 2007 as a Manager at Ernst & Young. Gillian then transitioned to St Vincent's Health Australia in 2011, where they held the roles of Lead Internal Auditor and IT Project Excellence Manager. In 2020, they joined Cancer Institute NSW as the Manager of the Project Management Office. Currently, they are working as the Head of Strategic Coordination Unit at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians, and they recently started the role of Head of Strategy & Transformation.
Gillian Dunn holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from UNSW, completed between 2013 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance, General from the University of Otago in 2006. In 2003 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a major in Economics from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PeopleCert in 2016.
