Lisa Penlington

Lisa Penlington serves as the Executive General Manager of Member Engagement and Support at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians, a position held since September 2014, where leadership and strategic direction are provided to enhance the member experience across Australia and New Zealand. Prior roles within the organization include Acting Director of Fellowship Relations, Manager of Divisions, Faculties and Chapters, and Senior Executive Officer for the Adult Medicine Division. Additional experience includes serving as Director and General Manager at Goblin Films Pty Ltd since 1997, and various directorial and managerial roles at The Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Radiologists, State Opera of South Australia, Institute of Early Childhood, Macquarie University, Sydney Theatre Company, and Musica Viva Australia. Educational qualifications include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Graduate Diploma in Arts Management from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies and English from UNSW.
