Dolun Celik

Dolun Celik serves as the Head of Design for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, having been promoted from the role of UX Designer within four months of joining the Digital and IT shared services team. With extensive experience in user experience and service design, Dolun has led teams to enhance user-centered processes across various organizations including HYPEOPLE and Myla of London, where a notable project involved transforming a retail shop into an e-commerce platform. Prior to these roles, Dolun held positions such as Design Project Manager at Proma Technical Consulting, Customer Journey Project Manager at Beko Global, and Dealer Development Senior Project Manager at Toyota Pazarlama ve Satış A.Ş., showcasing a diverse background in project management and customer experience strategy. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University.
