Samantha Morrison

Samantha Morrison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic commissioning and social care. Currently serving as Executive Director and previously as Assistant Director at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames since August 2021, Samantha has a strong background in leading commissioning efforts across children's and adults' services, strategic partnerships, and health. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Commissioning at Bracknell Forest Council and Principal Commissioner for Social Care and Well-being at Surrey County Council, focusing on placements for looked-after children and children with disabilities. Additional experience encompasses roles in policy and partnerships management, as well as corporate support across various local councils. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Organisation Studies and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Warwick.
