Paula Leslie is a highly experienced clinical scientist and educator currently serving as a Pre-registrant Clinical Scientist at The Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and an Educational Tutor at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In addition, Paula holds the position of Associate Lecturer at Lancaster University and works as a Consultant for the Center for Bioethics & Health Law at the University of Pittsburgh. Previous roles include Specialist Speech & Language Therapist for adults who stammer, Senior Lecturer and MSc Course Lead at the University of Central Lancashire, and Program Director for the Clinical Doctorate in Medical Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Pittsburgh. Paula holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Bioethics from the University of Pittsburgh and a Ph.D. in Swallow Dynamics and Assessment from Newcastle University.
