Ayman A. Bagawi-McIps

Ayman A. Bagawi-MCIPS, CISM has a extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Ayman A. is currently serving as the Supply Chain & Procurement Vice President at The Royal Commission for AlUla. Prior to this, they held positions such as General Manager Commercial & General Procurement at Mobily and General Manager Supply Chain & Procurement at STC Channels. Ayman A. also has experience in roles such as General Manager Business Support Service Control and Vice President/General Manager Tenders & Vendors Management at Mobily. Additionally, they have worked in trade marketing at Reckitt Benckiser, and in various supply chain management roles at Schlumberger. Ayman A. started their career with co-op training at Cristal. Ayman A. Bagawi-MCIPS, CISM is also actively involved in the Saudi Arabian Hot Air Ballooning Federation, serving as a Board Member.

Ayman A. Bagawi-MCIPS, CISM has a well-rounded education history. In 2023, Ayman completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP204) at Harvard Business School. Prior to that, in 2022, Ayman participated in the Executive Leadership Development Programme at INSEAD. In 2017-2018, Ayman attended the Smith School of Business at Queen's University for the Executive Leadership Program. Ayman's undergraduate studies were completed at King Faisal University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Management degree in Business Administration from 2011-2015. Additionally, Ayman pursued leadership development programs at The RBL Group in 2011 and FranklinCovey Education Brasil in 2008-2009. Starting from 1999 to 2002, Ayman earned an Associate Degree of Arts in Industrial Management Technology with a specialization in Materials Management Technology from Yanbu Industrial College. In terms of certifications, Ayman obtained Full Membership-MCIPS from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in November 2016. Ayman is also a member of the American Purchasing Society, the Association for Supply Chain Management, and the World Commerce & Contracting. They hold the certification of Certified International Sourcing Manager (CISM) from The International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute, which was obtained in 2007.
