Faihan Albugmi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Faihan began their career at BAE Systems in 2000 as an aircraft maintenance employee. Faihan then joined Maaden in 2008, where they held various positions, including safety auditor, industrial security superintendent, and corporate security manager. In 2018, they transitioned to The Royal Commission for AlUla, where they currently hold the role of VP, County Support Services. Prior to this, they served as the Stakeholders Management & Licensing Director and Security Operations Manager.

Faihan Albugmi's education history includes completing the RCU Executive Leadership Development Programme and the Leadership Transition Program at INSEAD in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Arab Open University between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they completed a five-year program in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician at BAE System from 2001 to 2006.
